To fulfill an order and complete the transaction in Rakuten you must do two things in Shopify:
- Mark the order as fulfilled
- Provide tracking information
If you do not perform these two actions then the order cannot be marked as fulfilled on Rakuten as this is a requirement.
To fulfill an order in Shopify do the following steps:
1. Push the "Mark as fulfilled" button
2. Insert tracking information
3. Press "Fulfill items"
