ONLY APPLICABLE FOR SHOPS THAT HAVE DONE SKU MIGRATION: After you imported the product from Rakuten for the first time, you will be able to create subsequent import requests to update that same product with new information from Rakuten products.
In order to import products from RMS, please perform the following steps:
1. Click on the "Rakuten Ichiba (JP)" Sales Channel
2. Click on "Import Product"
3. Enter the product information to search for in Rakuten
(Unfortunately Rakuten does not allow full access to all your products and it must be searched for)
4. Select the products you would like to import
5. Press "Continue"
6. Press "Confirm"
You will be taken to the import log showing the status of your import. Press "Refresh" to check if your products were successfully imported.
