The order of images on your Rakuten product page is determined by the order set on the "Rakuten product photos" card on the "Rakuten - Edit Product" modal.
To re-arrange the order of images just click and drag your images appropriately.
Note: Variant images will always be displayed first followed by the images uploaded in the "Rakuten product photos" card
